hey nan, i have a lump on my back! (not that its something to get excited about) but yea doc told me some people get them quite frequently too and you don't really need to get them cut out unless they're growing. i had one of my left arm that got pretty big so it got cut out, i have a scar, i'll show you someday =) but cool that ur all ok :D
